Study Protocol: Measurement of TGF-β Secretion in Hs68 Human Dermal Fibroblasts

Add 200 μL cell culture medium to each well of a 96-well plate.
Seed Hs68 fibroblasts at a density of 1×104/well.

Incubate 24 hours, then add test substances.
Collect culture media after an additional 24 hours.
Quantify TGF-β levels using a commercial ELISA assay kit (Antigen-Antibody Binding).
